 For exercise therapy, I like to use gravity and body weight, wall bars, medicine balls,
power bags, resistance bands and loops, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, Swiss balls,
benches, bikes, racks, racquets, rollers, battle ropes, walking poles, steps, TRX straps,
trampettes, trampolines. I will aim to creatively empower you!
 I like to use intuitive relaxation mind-body integration techniques.
 I like garden fitness training, home gym training, forest and country health walk training,
and Nordic walking.
 I like to use massage and manual therapy, taping and strapping, and individually
prescribed exercises.
 I might be able to help you with any of the following: low fitness; health restrictions
(e.g., fatigue; breathlessness); low mood; stress; poor sleep; musculoskeletal pain;
occupational and sports injuries; performance and recovery support; rehabilitation from
long-term musculoskeletal conditions (e.g, arthritis [osteoarthritis; rheumatoid arthritis;

axial spondyloarthritis; osteoporosis, etc.]; recovery from cardiovascular disease [CVD;
hypertension; angina; intermittent claudication; post-surgery]; cancer recovery; chronic
