My Background and Approach
- I am able to help anyone with aches and pains, injuries, long-term conditions or stress, and also those simply wanting to relax or improve their overall wellness.
- I have lectured for many years and published several books on sports and exercise therapy – I bring academic insight and hands-on experience to my practice.
- Having spent time recently training in Thailand, I now also integrate Traditional Thai Massage methods into my practice.
- At my home therapy studio in Norton Canes, I provide a relaxed and friendly environment where you can rest, recover and rehabilitate.
I am a friendly, empathic, diligent and reflective practitioner. My areas of expertise include:
